🇷🇺 ФАС России опубликовала решение, в котором уличила Управление по делам ГО, ЧС и ПБ Нижегородской области в незаконном заключении госконтракта у единственного поставщика с АО «Газпромбанк Лизинг» на приобретение и последующую передачу в лизинг быстровозводимых модульных зданий для пожарных депо на сумму 1 336 060 116,62 руб. по Указу Губернатора Нижегородской области от 22.05.2024 № 87 Глеба Никитина. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
