Истец требует признать незаконной одностороннюю приостановку ответчиком действия прав, переданных им «Окко» по договору от 2 июля 2021 г. В материалах суда предмет договора пока не приводится. Как ранее сообщало РБК, речь идет о предоставлении сигнала трансляций матчей чемпионата Европы по футболу 2024 г.
Ответчик АО «Телеспорт Групп» занимается трансляциями спортивных событий, работой с медиаправами крупных турниров и другой деятельностью. А40-276028/2023

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
