Иск заявлен о взыскании убытков. Более подробно основания исковых требований пока не сообщаются. К рассмотрению дела суд приступит в феврале.
Два предыдущих иска были заявлены о взыскании денежных сумм, заблокированных ответчиком на счетах Сбербанка, открытых в Euroclear Bank, и процентов на эти суммы за пользование чужими денежными средствами.
