Спасибо дорогому Егору Станиславовичу, что уведомил о выходе исключительной книги о русской кухне изумительного Влада Пискунова. «Русская кухня. Главное за 500 лет». Три тома в одном!

Я смогла купить только последний, третий том из прошлого выпуска его «Русской кухни. Лучшее за 500 лет», а первые 2 тома нигде не нашла.😢
И вот едва не прозевала и этот выпуск.
К счастью, Холмогоров отслеживает лучшие книги и фильмы, а я отслеживаю Холмогорова 😁💪🏻

Рекомендую всем, кто любит не только готовить русские блюда, но и просто любит нашу страну, приобрести эту книгу. Потому что, как пишет Холмогоров,
«это и сборник стопроцентно рабочих рецептов, в том числе очень редких. И увлекательные исторические очерки. И цитаты из редчайших литературных произведений, например кулинарной поэмы Василия Филимонова «Обед», написанной в 1837 году».

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care.
