Состоялся в Осташкове наш праздник "Селигерский рыбник". Уже в восьмой раз.
Не помешала даже гроза, разразившаяся прямо во время открытия.
Много пирогов с рыбой, много ухи, много песен и танцев. И ещё больше - хороших людей.
Спасибо Администрации Осташкова за организацию праздника! Спасибо всем, кто помог! Спасибо всем участникам конкурсов - все ваши пироги были великолепны!
Поздравления победителям! Они заслужили!
И спасибо моим дорогим коллегам, шеф-поварам, уже в который раз нас поддержавшим!

Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
