Самый заметный рост — на 3,2%, до 160,1 тыс. руб. за 1 кв. м — отмечен в Подольске
Второе место по темпам роста занял Дмитровский городской округ, где цены на новостройки за месяц поднялись на 1%, до 125,3 тыс. руб. за 1 кв. м. Незначительный рост также был отмечен в Раменском (+0,4%, до 167,3 тыс. руб.) и Сергиево-Посадском (+0,1%, до 119,2 тыс. руб.) городских округах.
В остальных муниципальных образованиях цены на новостройки в августе не росли, а кое-где даже снижались: например в Щёлково (до 149,3 тыс. руб.) и Богородском (до 132,8 тыс. руб.)
