Водитель фуры ответит в суде за ДТП со смертельным исходом

Прокуратура г.Челябинска утвердила обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении 45-летнего жителя Краснодарского края. Он обвиняется по ч. 3 ст. 264 УК РФ (нарушение лицом, управляющим механическим транспортным средством, правил дорожного движения, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть человека).
По версии следствия, 12.06.2024 обвиняемый, управляя грузовым автопоездом Mercedes Benz Аctros, на проезжей части Свердловского тракта вблизи СНТ «Уралец» произвел наезд на стоящий автомобиль Renault Megane.
В результате дорожно-транспортного происшествия 20-летний пассажир легкового автомобиля скончался на месте.
Уголовное дело направлено в Курчатовский районный суд г.Челябинска для рассмотрения по существу.
