Так он отреагировал на заявление Джо Байдена о готовности обсуждать с Россией, Китаем и КНДР сокращение ядерного арсенала. По словам Медведева, заявление является хамством, поскольку «США ведут с нами войну и желают нашей стране стратегического поражения».

But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
