В 2024 году количество преступлений несовершеннолетних мигрантов увеличилось на 10%, а число «особо тяжких деяний» и вовсе выросло вдвое, с 53 до 108, сообщил глава российского Следственного комитета.
По словам Бастрыкина, главные причины противоправного поведения подростков — социальная неустроенность, безнадзорность, незанятость, низкий уровень морали и правосознания, отсутствие надежных жизненных ориентиров, пагубные привычки и воспитание в неблагополучных семьях.
Наиболее неблагоприятная ситуация с криминализацией подростковой среды отмечается в Кемеровской области, республике Коми, Курганской и Калининградской областях. Кроме того, подростков активно вовлекают в распространение наркотиков.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
