Зарплаты менеджеров среднего и высшего звена в России выросли в среднем в 1,6 раза с начала текущего года, подсчитали в сервисе онлайн-рекрутинга hh.ru и транспортной компании ПЭК.
Наибольший рост показали зарплаты руководителей в учреждениях культуры и искусства (+40% год к году, до 100 тыс. руб.), в металлургической отрасли (+38%, до 139 тыс. руб.), в финансовом секторе (+33%, до 149 тыс.) и в учреждениях, производящих промышленное оборудование (+32%, до 140 тыс. руб.).
Незначительно увеличилась оплата труда управленцев в сегменте ЖКХ (+6%, до 106 тыс. руб.), телекоммуникационной отрасли (+3%, до 105 тыс. руб.), сельскохозяйственном секторе и госорганизациях (+1%, до 101 тыс. руб.) и медицинской отрасли (+1%, до 121 тыс. руб.). При этом в образовательном секторе уровень зарплат снизился (-1%, до 132 тыс. руб.).
