دکتر #مهدی_بیانی، نویسنده، پژوهشگر، استاد دانشگاه تهران، کارشناس نسخههای خطی، بنیانگذار « کتابخانۀ ملی ایران»، و بنیانگذار «انجمن حمایت خط و خطاطان» بود. او در شهر همدان زاده شد. پس از گذراندن دورۀ ابتدایی و متوسطه در تهران، دورۀ کارشناسی علوم ادبی و فلسفی را در دانشسرای علوم ادبی آغاز کرد و، هم‌زمان، به تدریس زبان و ادبیات فارسی و کار در کتابخانۀ دانشسرای عالی مشغول شد. بیانی، که در سال ۱۳۱۳ به مدیریت «کتابخانۀ عمومیِ معارف» منصوب شده بود، به گردآوری کتابهای گوناگون از چند کتابخانه پرداخت. در سال ۱۳۱۶ کتابخانۀ ملی را بنیان نهاد و ریاست آن را بر عهده گرفت. سپس، در سال ۱۳۲۴ مدرک دکتریِ خود را از دانشگاه تهران دریافت کرد. ازآنجاکه در خوشنویسی چیره‌دست بود –علاوه بر عهدهداریِ مسئولیتهای فرهنگی گوناگون– در زمینهٔ کارشناسى نسخههای خطی و چاپی فعالیت داشت و پژوهشهای بسیاری انجام داد و کتابها و مقالات فراوانی تألیف کرد. دکتر مهدی بیانی در ۱۷ بهمنماه ۱۳۴۶ بر اثر بیماری درگذشت.

During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
