▶️В основу рейтинга вошли ряд параметров: инфраструктура, наличие промышленных территорий, особенности ландшафта, климатические особенности и экологическая составляющая. Каждая территория была оценена по 10-балльной системе, пишет Страновед.

▶️Где выгодно создавать курортные проекты премиального уровня:

• Сочи (8,85)
• Ялта (7,6)
• Горно-Алтайск (6,64)
• Петропавловск-Камчатский (6,64)
• Южно-Сахалинск (5,59)
• Петрозаводск (4,98)
• Якутск (5, 81)
• Иркутск (5, 62)

А мы уверены, что в рейтинге, помимо Ялты, вполне могут быть и другие крымские регионы. Евпатория, к примеру, не Ялтой единой (да и не резиновая она👀).

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
