Ингушетия идёт на 8-м месте, Ставропольский край - на 9-м, Карачаево-Черкесия - на 22-м, Северная Осетия - на 34-м.

Высокие позиции регионов Кавказа эксперты объясняют тем, что здесь мало курят и пьют, многие занимаются физкультурой и спортом.

Кроме того, среди жителей СКФО немного тех, кто работает на вредных производствах.

Полярная картина наблюдается в замыкающей рейтинг по приверженности населения ЗОЖ пятёрке, куда входят регионы Восточной Сибири и Дальнего Востока.

Это Еврейская автономная область, Камчатский край, Магаданская область, Хакасия и Забайкальский край.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions.
