Заказчик, находясь на территории соседнего государства, за вознаграждение поручил подготовить и согласовать действия по совершению убийства министра курортов и туризма, предоставить ему информацию о конспирации и путях отхода после преступления.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
