Кофейня в пяти минутах от «Ленинградского зоопарка» (из окон — Александровский парк!): «Институт» открыл второй корпус.

Если в первой локации (куда за кофе регулярно наведывается Покрас Лампас) советская эстетика в интерьере, то новый «Институт» — американский. Шрифт с футболок футбольных команд США, на постерах — шапка выпускника академии, из колонок играет Red Hot Chili Peppers и The Doors. Меню как и на Васильевском острове: «студенческий завтрак», булки из «Футуры», канеле от «Флан», кофе на зерне (новичок в городе!) Nicks House и «Чаек».

Пока работают со старой мебелью от жившего здесь ранее проекта Yagoda, но весной обещают обновиться. Будут обеды «для студентов американских колледжей» на металлических подносах!
