«Белтелеком» предупредил о работах в сети передачи данных, которые начнутся в среду, 9 октября, и продлятся до утра пятницы, 11 октября.
«С 09:00 9 октября 2024 года до 06:00 11 октября 2024 года в связи с проведением работ на сети передачи данных РУП “Белтелеком” возможен перерыв доступа в сеть Интернет для операторов РБ», – говорится в сообщении. Кроме того, ожидаются проблемы с доступом к ресурсам сети РУП «Белтелеком» через подключение с РУП «НЦОТ».

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
