Клубный дом расположен в Хамовниках — одном из самых респектабельных районов столицы. «Дом XXII» буден окружён парками, скверами, храмами и усадьбами.

А пока расскажем о результатах на строительной площадке — монолитные работы уже вышли на уровень 2-го этажа. Общая готовность «Дома XXII» — 19,5%, готовность монолита — 65%.

Завершается бетонирование ответственных конструкций 1-го этажа, приступаем к бетонированию типовых этажей (со 2-го по 12-й) — 7%.

Производится кладка стен в подземной части — 25%.

На строительной площадке задействовано 210 рабочих, 26 инженерно-технических работников и 8 единиц техники.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
