ضیا احمد تکل سخنگوی امارت اسلامی امروز شنبه، 27 دلو از آزادی ۱۷ زندانی از زندان‌های افریقا خبر داده و می‌گوید که ۱۷ شهروند افغانستان از زندان‌های مصر، مراکش، سودان، لیبیا و موریتانیا آزاد شده‌اند.
ضیااحمد تکل در ایکس اعلام کرده است که این شهروندان به افغانستان منتقل شده‌اند.
او درباره علت بازداشت و زندانی شدن شهروندان افغان در برخی از کشورهای افریقایی توضیحی نداده است. @esteqlaltv

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
