💬 Вместе с тем Рахмон подчеркнул, что развитию зеленой экономики мешают климатический фактор и незапланированные траты.
✋ Мы подозреваем, что под "незапланированными тратами" подразумевается беспредельный уровень коррупции, который мешает достроить ту же действительно "зеленую" Рогунскую ГЭС, которая поглощает все мыслимые и немыслимые бюджеты.
🤔Надеемся, что под "зеленой" экономикой в Таджикистане подразумевается именно этот вид, то в целом хорошо. Если всякие новомодные штучки-дрючки в виде ветряков или панелей, то неплохо было бы властям Таджикистана аккуратнее работать с такими вещами. Потому что если чрезмерно увлечься, можно остаться в итоге ни с чем: примеры Китая, Техаса и Европы об этом хорошо говорят.
Но также вероятно, что данные фразы имеют под собой изрядную долю политического популизма и делаются для того, чтобы быть "в тренде". Зеленая экономика ж модная вещь, почему б не поэксплуатировать ее.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
