В Луганске подвели итоги этапа отбора участников, который проходил с 14 февраля по 11 марта. Так, регистрацию прошли около 300 человек. Это действующие участники спецоперации, ветераны СВО, сотрудники Росгвардии и МВД, Герои России и участники, имеющие один и больше орденов Мужества.
В течение периода отбора работала горячая линия. Было обработано более 20 проблемных обращений, большинство из которых связаны с техническими вопросами. Первым этапом было заполнение анкет и написание эссе. Их уже оценивают десять экспертов.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
