Известно, что Скубенко принял предложение курировать важнейшие направления социального блока, в том числе отвечать за вопросы социальной поддержки семей военнослужащих и призванных по частичной мобилизации.
Назначение должно состояться в начале декабря. В конкурсе на пост главы Северодвинска Игорь Скубенко принимать участие не будет.
