За последние пару месяцев "Магаданский скептик" уже неоднократно обращал внимание на залипушний ремонт, сделанный ООО "Магстрой" на Аллее Памяти. Чиновники мэрии в октябре заявили: работы у подрядчика не приняты, ему дано время до декабря 2024 года для устранения замечаний и откровенного брака.

Строительная фирма взялась за исправление своих косяков. Но лучше не стало! Опять какая-то залипуха вышла...

But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
