Стране не повезло с Горбачёвым. Он был слабым лидером, который предал государство.
Горбачёв имел шансы добиться подписания нового союзного договора, но из-за ГКЧП ничего не вышло.
В развале СССР виноват Борис Ельцин, который рвался наверх и спровоцировал кризис двоевластия.
После принятия акта о провозглашении независимости Украины смысла в новом союзном договоре не было.
Можно было сохранить союз, если бы у Ельцина было желание договориться с республиками Средней Азии.
Распад союза оформили Ельцин, Кравчук и Шушкевич, которые не позвали Назарбаева из-за опасений.

WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
