Предполагается, что логистический центр будет использоваться для стоянки и бункеровки судов, технического обслуживания, перевалки грузов и продукции морского промысла. При этом, пропускная способность объекта составит до 30 тысяч TEU, 150 тысяч тонн генгрузов и 200 тысяч тонн рыбопродукции в год. Причальные стенки общей протяженностью 450 метров будут предназначены для обслуживания двух судов с осадкой до 11 метров и длиной до 150 метров.
