او در این پیام گفت: «در ایران آزاد فردا، برابری حقوقی زنان و مردان در قانون اساسی تضمین خواهد شد؛ زنان به خاطر جنسیت‌شان از تصدی هیچ مقامی محروم نخواهند شد؛ رونق اقتصادی درهای فرصت‌های شغلی را به روی همه زنانی که خواهان مشارکت در بازار کارند خواهد گشود؛ دولت ملی ضامن حقوق، امنیت و آزادی‌های زنان خواهد بود؛ و زنان ایرانی در صحنه ملی، منطقه‌ای، و جهانی خواهند درخشید.»
