Письмо с уведомлением получили клиенты одного российского банка, под ограничение попадают исходящие переводы в CNY. Контрагентам в Китае рекомендуется открыть расчетный счет в одном из филиалов BoC.
Первые ограничения были введены еще летом 2023 г.: тогда ряд российских банков сообщали, что Bank of China (BoC) ограничил возможности проведения платежей в Евросоюз, Швейцарию, Великобританию и США. Получить или отправить CNY можно было только из/в его «дочерних» банков - список филиалов в США и в Европе.

"We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
