✅محمدحسین آقاسی، وکیل دادگستری در گفت‌وگو با «شبکه شرق» با اشاره به آخرین وضعیت پرونده فائزه هاشمی، دختر مرحوم اکبر هاشمی رفسنجانی، اظهار کرد: «پیش از این با آزادی مشروط خانم فائزه هاشمی رفسنجانی مخالفت صورت گرفته بود ولی امروز، رای دادگاه تجدیدنظر به ما ابلاغ شد که بنا بر آن، با آزادی خانم فائزه هاشمی موافقت صورت گرفت و او امروز عصر از زندان آزاد شد.»
✅این وکیل دادگستری پیشتر درباره وضعت موکلش گفته بود که «پرونده‌های ایشان تجمیع شده و میزان مجازاتی که باید تحمل کنند، ۳ سال و ۷ ماه است که حدود ۲ سال از آن حکم را تحمل کرده بنابراین در مهر ماه سال آینده محکومیت او به پایان خواهد رسید.»

In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
