Первоначальный взнос для граждан Грузии теперь может составлять 10%, а не 15%, как было ранее.
Для не граждан Грузии минимальный взнос по ипотеке снижен с 30 до 20%, при условии подтверждения стабильных доходов за рубежом или в Грузии.
В Нацбанке говорят, что эта мера временная, но не уточняют срок действия.
