ФНБ «Самрук-Казына» выкупил бывшую компанию Кайрата Боранбаева — "Phystech II" у Комитета госимущества и приватизации Министерства финансов РК за 8,1 млрд тенге.
В настоящее время 100% пакета акций АО «Phystech II» переданы в доверительное управление в пользу ТОО «КМГ Инжиниринг».
Также рассматривается вопрос о включении «Phystech II» в Комплексный план приватизации для дальнейшей передачи в конкурентную среду.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
