Пройдитесь по району – картина удручающая. Грязь, бурьян по пояс, мусор на каждом шагу, да ещё эти катакомбы... Того и гляди, провалишься! Видать, у жителей уже руки опустились.
А нашим чиновникам хоть бы хны – сидят себе в кабинетах, чаи гоняют. Слёзы наворачиваются, честное слово!
