Тем временем, пока на просторах мировой политики закладывают фундамент мирных инициатив в российско-украинском конфликте и появляются очертания послевоенного будущего Украины, мы решили не останавливаться на достигнутом. В одном из городов, пока ещё незалежной Украины, проведен сбор актива нашей подпольной организации. Этакий сбор профкома инициативных и волевых руководителей региональных ячеек, на котором обсуждался ряд организационных вопросов, определяющих структуру "Дозора" и направления его деятельности. В результате сбора, путем голосования, был определен руководитель подполья - "Константин", проявивший себя с самого начала существования нашей структуры, участвовавший в акциях в Киеве, Житомире и Василькове. Решением руководителей региональных ячеек "Константину" оказано доверие, осуществлять общее руководство Штабом подполья Украины на пути борьбы с нелегетимным и нацистским режимом зеленского!
Призываем всех граждан вступить в ряды сопротивления "D".

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
