Am 13. Februar 2025 beginnt die Aufarbeitung der Demonstrationen im August 2020. Die Gerichtsverhandlung am Verwaltungsgericht Berlin behandelt:
- die Besetzung der Bühne und die Auflösung der Demonstration durch die Polizei Berlin am 01.08.2020, - die Einkesselung auf der Friedrichstraße am 29.08.2020, - und das Verbot des QUERDENKEN-Camps ab 30.08.2020.
Um 9 Uhr starten wir mit einer Auftaktkundgebung vor dem Gericht. Die Verhandlung beginnt um 10 Uhr. Danach informieren wir euch in einer Abschlusskundgebung über die Ergebnisse.
Mein herzlicher Dank gilt dem Team von QUERDENKEN-30, das diese Demonstration möglich macht. QUERDENKEN steht für Eigenverantwortung, Selbstbestimmung, Liebe, Freiheit, Frieden und Wahrheit.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
