Die Anissterne dazugeben bei kleiner Hitze und mit Deckel etwa 30 Minuten köcheln lassen. Sahne und Orangensaft dazugeben, die Anissterne entfernen und die Suppe pürieren.
Die Forellenfilets in Stücke zerteilen und zusammen mit Suppe und Kresse anrichten. Den Fisch kann mag weglassen, denn die Suppe schmeckt auch ohne diese Einlage.
Ich mach gern geröstete Semmel- oder Brotwürfel dazu.
