Ein Schraubglas und ein Teesieb
Thymian klein schneiden In ein Schraubglas geben Kokosöl, Sheabutter oder Bienenwachs dazu Im Wasserbad schmelzen. Ätherisches Öl zugeben (wenn gewünscht) Glas verschließen und 7 bis 14 Tage stehen lassen. Danach erneut erhitzen und durch ein Sieb abseien. Fertig Im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und am besten abends vor dem Schlafen einreiben.
