🥕Das brauchst Du: 300 g Möhren 30 g Ingwer 2 TL Rosmarin 3 EL Sonnenblumenkerne 2-3 EL Apfel- oder Honigessig 4-5 EL Walnussöl Salz, Pfeffer
🥕So geht's: Sonnenblumenkerne ohne Fett in der Pfanne rösten Möhren und Ingwer kleinschneiden Möhren, Kerne, Ingwer, Rosmarin, Essig in der Küchenmaschine pürieren Salz, Pfeffer zugeben Walnussöl unterrühren bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz.
