А США обещали перевыборов на Украине и отсутствие иностранных войск. А Зеленский сказал "нет". Думаю, решение коллизии будет в какой-то формализации категорических условий. Проще говоря, Европа отправит контингент из 10 тысяч человек для охраны чего-нибудь ценного, и это будет считаться гарантиями безопасности. В целом, все же мир будет достигнут.
