Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Анатолия Мотыля, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.6 ст.17-п.з ст.102 УК РСФСР (в ред. Закона РСФСР от 25.04.1991 №1101-1), сроком по 06.02.2022.
07.12.2021 Мотыль был задержан, ему предъявили обвинение, вину он не признал. Просил домашний арест.
