Приморский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга зарегистрировал исковые заявления прокуратуры к Александру Невзорову.
Истец указывает, что провел проверку, каким образом два участка в пос. Лисий Нос оказались в собственности Невзорова. Оказалось, утверждает истец, что оба участка были приобретены ответчиком незаконно.
Участки не были выкуплены Невзоровым в нарушение п. 3 Указа Президента РФ от 27.10.1993 №1767. Комитетом по земельной реформе и земельным ресурсам мэрии Санкт-Петербурга распоряжений о выкупе не издавалось, расчет стоимости не производился.
Истец просит суд истребовать из незаконного владения Невзорова два земельных участка в пос. Лисий Нос и признать право собственности Санкт-Петербурга на указанную землю.
Материалы переданы судье, к производству пока не приняты.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
