На связи 3-ая Большая окружная (Северная гора). В конце лета отремонтировали пару ям, при этом техники нагнали, как будто федеральную трассу прокладывали.
Ремонт производили в дождь. На вопрос правильно ли латать ямы в такую погоду получил ответ, что это НОВЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ

И вот, спустя 4 месяца, результат этих хваленых технологий на фото: все размыло, асфальт (или его название) лежит вдоль дороги и плюс яма глубиной 9-10 см уже три машины повредила…

Наверное, мой пост ни к чему не приведет, но может хоть совесть проснется у тех, кто эти дыры латал и больше у тех, кто принимал такую работу!

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
