— ремонт кровель и сетей в 22 многоквартирных домах; — ремонт объектов теплоснабжения, водоснабжения и водоотведения; — капремонт уличного освещения на 4 улицах; — ремонт автодорог; — капремонт 1 объекта здравоохранения и 3 объектов соцобслуживания; — ремонт 5 образовательных учреждений; — ремонт объекта культуры и спорта; — ремонт 1 объекта для размещения Единой дежурно - диспетчерской службы.
В рамках инфраструктурного проекта в Снежном с 2025 по 2030 годы запланированы работы на 230 объектах.
