В столичной мэрии @SputnikARM разъяснили, что это отнюдь не связано с ущемлением прав людей с инвалидностью. Пресс-секретарь ведомства Левон Сардарян заявил, что мэрия поставила требование перед будущим арендатором территории - установить лифт для людей с инвалидностью.

Он заверил, что наклон лестниц позволял построить пандусы, но они были бы бесполезны, кроме того в 50 метрах от подземного перехода есть зебра.
