На наш взгляд, об этом можно будет говорить лишь после реального отвода войск с правобережья (если он вообще состоится) и отсутствия ударов ВСУ во время переправы масштабной группировки российских войск (поскольку поверить в "договорняк" без этого невозможно). Т.е. "по факту". А пока абсолютно ничего неясно...

All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
