Так,после того как я отмыла квартиру,меня немного вырубило.Проснулась благодаря будильнику,который стоит у меня каждый день для закваски,чтобы ее покормить.Кормить ее нужно на протяжении 8 дней и желательно в одно время) Вчера вам не показывала,потому что не каких изменений не было.Но вот сегодня они уже появились) Во-первых закваска поменяла чуть цвет,а во-вторых приобрела характерный запах)На этом этапе так и должно быть,главное следить,чтобы она не пропала,и тогда в самом конце закваска поменяет свой запах на более приятный,это и будет значить ,что она созрела) На самом деле ,очень интересный процесс,и интересно что из этого получится 😁
