1) Разгул «ценных специалистов» (напомним, Дом дружбы народов стал порталом для легализации этнических ОПС). 2) Ложь про «методическую площадку» для других регионов (привет Сергею Нуждину) и упорное отрицание назревшей дикой проблемы. 3) Ресурсные депутаты Госдумы, которые не прошли мимо проблемы.
