Приготовление: 1. Из яблок убираем сердцевину, режем на кубики. 2. Смешиваем сухие ингредиенты: мука + сода + соль + корица. 3. Смешиваем жидкие ингредиенты: раст. молоко + сироп + масло + лимонный сок. 4. Смешиваем сухие ингредиенты с жидкими. Хорошо перемешиваем веничком. 5. Яблоки добавляем к массе. 6. Выливаем массу в форму (у меня средняя форма прямоугольная 35×20). 7. Ставим форму в разогретую духовку до 180 градусов и выпекаем 30 мин при этой же температуре. Даем остыть.
P.S. Растительное молоко я делала домашнее. На несколько часов замачиваем в воде 1/2 стакана миндаля. Далее воду сливаем. Блендерим миндаль с 2 стаканами новой воды. Процеживаем. Молоко готово. Молоко уйдет не все на рецепт, останется еще и попить 😉. #рецепт

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
