Рабочие сказали, что "Поплавок" ликвидирован как аварийное сооружение по распоряжению администрации города.

Заведение, принадлежавшее Крайпотребсоюзу, закрылось в начале 90-х. Не нашлось ему "ангела-спасителя" среди властей или бизнеса.

Многие горожане вспоминают, как здесь любили собираться жители и гости Владивостока. Оттрапезничать, а иной раз и рыбу половить.

Необычайный образчик архитектуры с высоты напоминал пчелиные соты.

Получится ли когда-нибудь воссоздать такой объект?..
