Люди из СК и ГП давно не открывали учебник и забыли про понятие взятка и ОПС!! Тут чистые групповые мошенничества, в некоторых случаях даже без использования служебных полномочий!! А конечно 290-210 это же красивый доклад, рейтинговые преступления!!! Менты скоро друг-друга перегрызут, а кражами и бандитизмом после СВО кто будет заниматься, прокуроры или следователи СК?!!!
