Ранее она занимала должность руководителя отдела инновационного развития в Министерстве экономического развития Рязанской области.
Новый научно-производственный центр «Протос» был учрежден в конце мая распоряжением областного правительства. Согласно этому документу, учредителем центра является областное Минэкономразвития.
