Плотина, пруд, металлургический завод, памятники отцам-основателям, слой разнокалиберного сталианса, тяжелый заводской характер местных жителей.

Благовещенск так и остался городком при единственном арматурном заводе, а вот условный Екатеринбург стал огромным мегаполисом, хотя вырос у всё той же заводской "Плотинки", которая остается смысловым центром города и в 21 веке
