Здание музыкального училища имени М. Куренкеева снесут ради нового
Министерство культуры, информации, спорта и молодежной политики КР планирует снести здание Кыргызского государственного музыкального училища имени Мураталы Куренкеева. Об этом сообщил первый заместитель министра Чынгыз Эсенгул уулу.
По его словам, на месте старого здания планируется построить новое, аналогичное по проекту.
«Была создана комиссия, и на основании заключения специалистов мы приняли решение снести старое здание и построить на его месте новое по тому же проекту», — сообщил Чынгыз Эсенгул уулу.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
